Our Pet Lemon Herb 4oz is intended for treating the fur, hair, clothing, gear and collars of dogs, cats and horses. It features a fine mist fingertip sprayer which works great for treating smaller pets such as cats and small dogs. Powered by four different natural essential oils deemed safe by the ASPCA and all other sources, which include cedarwood, lemongrass, spearmint and rosemary, it possesses broadspectrum repellent properties. It's effective against ticks, mosquitoes, fleas, flies and various other insects. It contains no lipid oils so is not greasy or messy and it's gentle on skin; although, it's intended to only be used on pets fur or horses hair and not their skin as their skin is more thin and sensitive than human's. It leaves fabrics feeling smooth when wet and hardens when dried, and it has a lemony herbal scent. It washes out of clothing, hair and fur readily. The 1% of ingredients categorized as synthetic in our products are nature-based and nature-identical compounds and common food commodities. These consist of Potassium Sorbate, Potassium Citrate, Citric Acid and Xanthan Gum. These synthesized ingredients are used at concentrations well below their usage rates and result in a safer product.

We have invented a novel solution which we call PlantaeGel. Made of nature-based gums, our PlantaeGel Technology helps to keep the repellent at the surface of skin, fabrics and fur. Its film-forming nature offsets absorption and evaporation into and from treated surfaces. Creating a repellent that optimizes in application life has been a major part of years-long product development.
Cold Processed
We use a cold process emulsification system in manufacturing our products, which is a green technology. Cold processed products also retain their heat-sensitive natural oils which makes repellents more potent hence effective, and healthier for the skin. A cold process system is healthier for workers and being more economical allows us to keep prices competitive.
